    I would love to hear the reasons why the city would want to shut down the haunted forest. Hate to go conspiracy but this would benefit the AD selling more passes in BFE Vet Med and the city parking tickets division. Having a game x game lot that allows RVs is a huge benefit to the tailgate scene.

    Ames has a food truck park that isn’t used due to its poor location. It’s a real shame too because if it were in a more walkable area like downtown I think it would be a hit. I don’t see a new one popping up any time soon just because of the perception of the current one.

    I think they own their building and they have no reason to risk moving to an unproven area when they are in a prime spot in what is still the fastest growing section of Ames. With all due respect that would be a terrible business decision.

    That’s good to hear but if they had more places to buy then how could it have possibly been worse than at George Strait as someone claimed? My guess is the alcohol situation was slightly improved but not noticeably.
