They also banked in a long two early in the game from basically straight on to the basket, so there is no way it was intentional.
Everything bad that has ever happened to the Cyclones is my fault. The refs calling Seneca out? That was me. All the missed game-winning field goals? Me. The collapse against Michigan State in Auburn Hills? Me. And most of all, all the losses in the last 90 seconds of games? Me. I apologize profusely.
Seed line is plummeting quickly the last 2 or 3 weeks, we need to start stacking some wins fast.
I guess Des Moines is out of play now, they aren't sending a 5 seed for some home cooking.

Meh, the experts always get caught up in the momentum regardless of strength of schedule, so teams that are cruising along against mediocre competition are passing teams that are playing .500 ball against an elite schedule. We just need to finish out strong at home and maybe steal one on the road, and committee will see that with a fresh set of eyes.

When it's others that are putting in the long hours and hard work, personally I try to respect their effort and do my best to support them in any way I can.

I'm not going to complain about Ncaa tourney appearances but it would be nice to actually compete for the title once. We've had some really good teams since then but aren't really close either.
Plummeting? Right now they would likely be a 4 seed. Eve if they end up a 5 seed that is a very good season.

Being angry a team projected in the 8-9-10 range before the season being tied for second in the conference and cruising to the NCAA tournament is, to be blunt, incredibly ******* unreasonable.
I want to win too but goodness me be reasonable. TJ is in his second year. If you keep putting expectations like this on him and the program you're going to end up hating him like you did Prohm.

Purdue and Xavier were both projected 6th or 7th in their conferences. I bet their fans are just hoping for a 6 seed at this point?
Purdue has the front runner for player of the year in CBB. No one expected Edey to turn into a 7'4 Shaq.
how do we know Xavier fans wouldn't be happy with a 6 seed. Right now they are like 25th in the NET rankings.
It's been 6 years since we won double digit Big 12 games. How is going 11-7 "status quo". That's far above the norm, especially given the strength of the conference this year.
