Which entrée do you order?

Lamb chops. Never been a prime rib fan, just wet and flavorless IMO. And I can grill a ribeye or filet just fine myself.

Yeah, it's probably blasphemous for some but I could actually go the rest of my life and not eat any kind of steak. It's fine, I enjoy it, but I'd rather eat about 50 other things for the price.

Probably the petite filet, as everything else is just too much food.

I'd take a 6 oz NY strip in a perfect world.

Same boat, only grill steaks when the wife is getting hangry for one. she loves them. I never order a steak when out to eat.

Prime Rib - Med Rare and it’s not even close.

That being said, I’m not sure that I’ve ordered more than 2 or 3 steaks ever from a restaurant.

Ribeye, Prime Rib, Lamb Chops in that order. Agreed with the others that said hold the extra stuff on the lamb chops.

Would take the ribeye if it didn't have the bone-in. Not really a fillet person... tender, but no flavor. I don't generally order steak at a restaurant. I have three places I will order a steak from. 1) TX roadhouse ribeye 2) Jethro's smoked prime rib 3) ribeye from the open flame in Gilbert(only because I get to cook it, but lets be honest, i can do that at home for a lot less). I would probably settle for a slice of prime if someone else is paying.

BTW, for those who like fillet, try getting a shoulder tender from Fairway. I coat liberally with S&P and garlic. Sear it on the grill and put it in the smoker until to temp. Every bit as tender as a fillet, but way more flavor. I cook it as the whole strip and cut into medallions after cooked. Best part is, shoulder tender is like 10-15 per pound. Much cheaper than a fillet!

NY Strip or the filet.

All meat. No bone, no major chunks of fat, just meat.

Medium

Edit: If we are going to allow some alternates I'll take the pone in pork chop from Perry's in Houston. 3 bones high and arguably one of the best things I've ever eaten.
