Iowa State is favored by nine over Kansas State

I said last week the spread should be nine. This is no surprise. Look:

K-State lost its senior QB starts a frosh, ISU has a league leader
Both K-State tight ends likely out, ISU has two league leaders
K-State replaced its complete starting offensive line
K-State All-American kick returner, Youngblood, transfer out
ISU defensive line has two on Hendrick's watch list, K-State one
K-State is Covid-U; ISU clean
K-State limping in off two-game losing streak
ISU has Matt Campbell
Game is in Ames
ISU wears black

Would not be surprised to see the line move to double figures. This should be a snoozer for non-Farmageddon watchers.

Do you think the game happens?

Well what the hell does that mean?

I believe the Big 12's cancelation policy is that the only way a game can get cancelled/postponed is if a positional group is negatively effected (i.e. as long as you can go 2-3 deep at each position, you play). What he is saying is that there is a group/groups that they might not be able to field.

Purple Kansas covers.

Snyder sneaks in the the Officials locker room and hands out a couple Hundies.

Going to be a war

What is the Big 12 deadline for postponing a game? 72 hours? 48 hours?

Three days before the game.

While the SEC’s initial protocol met the NCAA’s standards of weekly testing, it has since updated its policy to match those in the ACC and Big-12. All three conferences are now testing their athletes three times per week, including the competition test occurring three days before a game. SI
