For some reason I always thought you couldn't put much into a sporty car.

Well, I won't do that on a regular basis but it does have a stiffer suspension that some luxury mobiles and wasn't riding too bad. Tires are pretty wide to. Drove better with this load than when I abused my A4 sedan with a similar rock load. Plus it was only five miles in town driving. Won't probably be a good idea to do this on a long drive.

Do get a chuckle when I drive it on the scale at the supply yard. Scale guy/gal always gives me a raised eyebrow look. ;)

Home again after a 3 day journey to SE Iowa. Nice to be home. Stopped at WingStop in Ames to get a carryout for the drive home who was there? The owner himself Seneca Wallace. No selfies, he chatted up the college kids in there. This dude and his girlfriend didn't quite understand who he was, so I piped up and said only the most famous ISU QB ever. On the way out he and his business guys were in the parking lot and I did thank him for opening it in Ames and that I thought the food was good.

Other than that it was a pretty uneventful trip. Back to catching up stuff that got behind while I was gone.

Where you going with those bad boys?

Making a little stone riser (below pic) around the lower deck. Will top with framed in wood louvers. Will look cool and keep the ******* raccoons out from under my deck. Louvers like the sliding ones to the right below but more like 24x24. They are actually redwood window shutters I custom order. Bit spendie but way cooler than the lattice work **** and fit my style.

Silly question Hell yes. Do you go to Dordt? Only reasons to stay would be studying, work or getting laid.

Close, I go to Northwestern. Only thing really holding me back is the 4 hour drive both ways. Unfortunately none of those apply to me lol

What the ****, guys. Not only am I historically the best poster in these threads, but I’m statistically the best poster on this website and I still haven’t started one of these. Y’all always trying to keep The Man down.

Very nice. Lattice is by far the most cliched, dated method of closing in the underside of a deck. The world is awaiting a better solution.
