I never said this coaching staff sucks I just said that they may never be able to beat teams like KState ...aka very deliberate on offense and foul all the time on defense and dont get called for said fouls...Wigginton drives to the basket and gets fouled three times and kstate then takes the ball away from wigginton and nothing is called....Those kinds of teams kill Prohm's coaching staff.....

So you are blaming Prohm and his staff for NOT having fouls called against the opposing team? Are you cereal?

"he's done nothing in 4 years to change my mind except get some decent recruits to Ames"

What exactly are your expectations? Specific expectations? Sweet 16 not enough? Wins in Lawrence not enough? A clean program not under investigation not enough? Really want to know.

He's now 28-30 in Big 12 games. If you can't see a trend here I don't know what to tell you.

Prohm just said that he should have left George Conditt in to guard the rim when Barry Brown scored the winning bucket...Sorry too late coach that train has already left the station.....
It’s been painfully obvious he has his lineups stuck in his brain weather they are good or not.. he just couldn’t resist getting Jacobson back in.

So Jacobson is struggling, Lard is injured, and Solo out for the year. Glad Conditt looked serviceable today, we will sure need him. We will struggle against any team with good bigs.

We get Lard back (hopefully) next game. Hate that Solo is out, but we'll be adequate up front.

That record sez it all...thanks for posting it. I didnt know where CSP stood right now record wise......

So what exactly is the conference record expectation then? We fire him if he's not above .500? In this conference?

LOL. Where in the world did you read that?

The game showed the difference in play between a solid senior, Barry Brown, and a solid sophomore, ISU's Wiggs.

I was surprised CSP didn't call TO to draw something up at the end, but coaches often believe that works against the offense allowing the defense to get set up.

Both teams will win a lot of games and be in the dance party.
Your team will. Not so sure about us

I see Ole Miss is beating #14 Mississippi State on the road today....they've been much better than I expected.

Prohm sucks, why didn't he call a timeout so we could setup a play? Solid rant but I honestly don't care what you think of me.

The analytics show that you’re better off not taking the TO. Same reason Prohm would take TOs after made baskets. Analytics show those are good times to take TOs. I think Prohm has reasons for why he does these things that aren’t necessarily viewed as good coaching.

That being said, he seems to have the science of the game down, but not the art or the feel of it. That was a pathetic end to the game and I agree he should’ve taken the time out.
