That one drives me nuts when I hear people say it.My wife says crick instead of creek. I think it's just to annoy me since she doesn't do it for any other word.
My wife says pacific instead of specific.
Merriam Webster allows for both pronunciations, but it still makes no sense to me why anyone would insert an "sh" sound in there. I mean, you say "grocer" and not "grosher", so why change it for groceries?

If you pronounce it with an "shh" sound, you're the dumbest human on the face of the planet, and you should be immediately sterilized to prevent your DNA from being passed along and further clouding the gene pool.
