We are very fortunate to just be down 3-0. Silly play on that 3rd and 2 at the end. At least we get the ball first in the 2nd half.

A few things:
My picture on the BTN here in Minneapolis is fine. Weird.
ISU is lucky to go into the half only down 3.
We suck at tackling, but I have hopes of getting better.
We suck at 3rd down conversions. If we don't start converting them, I may fall asleep n the couch here.
Iowa doesn't look like a world beater either.
Stanzi is impressive throing on the run (sometimes) but isn't that great of a QB. Our D will get to him more in the second half.
Our D is playing awesome, if 'ya think about it.
Our offense suxxzors, but I have hope.

amen, brother. Hopefully our offense comes out blazin' to start the second half. If we can score a TD we'll get the hawks on their heels.

That's what I was getting at for him. Our signal is having no trouble, but those announcers still trouble me.
I wouldn't necessarily say that. Iowa really hasn't been impressive in the least, considering how this game was expected to go. Stanzi really hasn't impressed me at all, other than his elusiveness (which really probably isn't to his credit). Where's that o-line?

Very happy with our defense, except are lack of being able to tackle. Shonn Greenes bad footing has saved us a number of times.
Both offenses look scared. Iowa gets big plays and then shuts the playbook. We can't get much of anything going.

Halftime show mentions that maybe putting Jake in would be a good idea. Interesting, but a good idea? Really?
On BTN they show these Uof Iowa ads. Did you see the pigs walk with backpacks on campus there? Wow.
And we helped that drive with a penalty of our own. The what if's really don't matter.
Why would they put Jake in? Stanzi has been playing ok. Biggest mistakes were the pick and overthrowing a wide open receiver.
I think people forget that one, early in the game Iowa had an easy score. Then a key penalty that forced a long FG.
A-Rob has been running well - would like to see a bit more of him, open up the PA pass downfield.
