I don't understand everyone justifying the letting 30+ seconds run off that way Iowa has less time to score. Come on folks!!! Believe we are going to get the first down and keep moving it was third and 2 not third and 22. We need to always think we are going to move the chains as a fan base.

Exactly. There are better things to whine about the Big Ten Network than this. The announcers were correct. We have to convert third-and-two and needed the time on the clock with all three timeouts before that.

No ISU game is ever boring!!! We've put ourselves in a place where we're in striking distance. Nothing too costly to overcome. We can do this!

What we need to remember is we get the ball back in the second half and haven't converted a third down. You take the time off incase we don't get this one, which we didn't. then 35 seconds less with Iowa only having a time out left. Defense holds, we go in the locker room make some changes and hange 28 on them the second half

I'll take your way. I just like to keep pushing, pushing, and pushing until they break. Maybe that's not really doable yet, which is fine.

Your way will work just fine for me, and this place will explode!

2 minutes was plenty of time for us to score and taking 35 sec from them if we did not get the timeout made it more difficult for them. if we get the first down we have 2 minutes left and 2 timeouts plenty of time and made sense to me.

I disagree. We knew that we had timeouts and enough time to score if we got that first down. We were hedging our bet in case we didn't pick it up. It was win/win for us.

Very good defensive showing, despite the missed tackles. Now we need to get the offense dialed in, and win this sucker!
