If that happens, I think we need a head coach!
Do you think they are inseparable? I hope so, but I'm never sure. They obviously work well together.
If it is a case that we have Manning as long as we have Campbell, I'd be willing to bet that Manning would be offered the HC gig if Campbell leaves.

I've interacted with Gasser and think he's a great coach/person. What are your thoughts? I mean, he came into a great group of receivers when he arrived, but it seems he does excellent with the unit as a whole and with special teams. Just curious. (sorry to sidetrack the thread!)

Dunno. Just know that schools can hire a 10th assistant starting sometime this year.
My son loved playing for the guy. Being the crazy IQ weirdo my kid is, Coach Gasser and his position teammates had to endure all the questions he would ask on a daily basis. He wanted to know everything about his assignment and how it related to the other 10. Anyway that is what the staff hinted toward when talking to me about him. LOL. Gasser is a down to earth guy who always treated me with respect and would talk to me about my kid whenever I saw him. Not even necessarily about football, just my kids life.
Never say never, but these guys are very close. It would have to be a mouth dropping opportunity or maybe a chance to take wifey home to school they played at.LOL.
