My sons have promised a spring game trip. Only one date that won't work due to a wedding. I mention it every time I talk to either. If they back out on this one,the will may change. ISU may have their field or at least a damn road named after me.

My son loved playing for the guy. Being the crazy IQ weirdo my kid is, Coach Gasser and his position teammates had to endure all the questions he would ask on a daily basis. He wanted to know everything about his assignment and how it related to the other 10. Anyway that is what the staff hinted toward when talking to me about him. LOL. Gasser is a down to earth guy who always treated me with respect and would talk to me about my kid whenever I saw him. Not even necessarily about football, just my kids life.

Awesome insights...and I agree, in the times i've interacted with Gasser i've been nothing but impressed by his kindness and genuineness...and LOVE hearing he's really working the guys brains.
