Ah, that's too bad. On the news they just said they were short by about 25. They didn't give the background. It's on them. They needed more scanners and some thought on how to get tghings moving along. They failed there and lost the sure thing.

Thanks, Birdy! Avatar looks amazing! All the credit to GTO for the avatar. If you are up here during some sporting season, I will try to use my connections to get you some tix.
Boxter--in your retirement, let me know if you want to make it down to any WBB. My parents ended up with 4 season tix again this year. Along with 4 volleyball. And 8 football. There are 2 of them (and 3 for football, my dad goes with 2 buddies and the women stay home).

Birdy you have always been my favorite poster.
I agree with WDSM, hangovers, man.
Had fun camping and then tubing today. And brewery was cool. Got some odd sunburn marks again.
What sport do you want . . .![]()
Seems like you left the place a **** hole.So with the house I used to rent from a friend of a friend, we paid $1500 for deposit towards the house. Here is his cost breakdown. Does this not seem like BS?
Deposit - $1500
2 doors - 180
Labor - $200
Cleaning - $100
Air Filter/Furnace Maintenance - $200
5 trips for leftover garbage - $300
1 trip to Goodwill - $60
Total Back $460

Really didn't at all. I could see the doors and whatever he wanted to charge for labor as he painted a few walls. Don't really get the 5 trips to the garbage costing $300. There wasn't that much stuff.Seems like you left the place a **** hole.
Did you break the doors? Interior or exterior?2 doors - 180
Seems high, but hard to say for sure.Labor - $200
If it was dirty this is probably legit.Cleaning - $100
$200 for a furnace filter??? **** that guy in his ear hole.Air Filter/Furnace Maintenance - $200
5 trips from the apartment to the dumpster? 5 trips from the apartment to the landfill? Either way, **** this guy.5 trips for leftover garbage - $300
1 trip to Goodwill costs $60 now? Burn his building to the ground with him inside.1 trip to Goodwill - $60

The doors were in decent condition. The only damage was that they had holes in the top part where the stopper has gone through. I'm not upset at the doors even though those holes could have been there before.MBB is our real want. Everything else is either covered or within our price range.
WDSM that is mostly BS unless you damaged the doors. From my understanding isn't the deposit to cover damages not normal wear and tear/maintenance?
