That I don't know. The advertised speed is 12 mbps. I have a 30 day money back guarantee just in case I get it and the speed tests show is is severely underperforming.Sounds good as long as the service they give you actually performs at 12mbps. CenturyLink sold me 7mbps about 4 years ago and didn't find out until after everything had been paid and installed that they could only get 3mbps service where I live. They insisted they had the capability out here before I signed up, but then didn't do **** for me afterwards. Got away from them as fast as I could.
I really wish Mediacom would have negotiated with me though. In the 2.5 years I have lived in CR, Mediacom only had 1 major outage where I lost service for longer than an hour. I told the lady when I was cancelling what I would be paying at Centurylink and asked if they can match it. The best she offered was 50 mbps, 350 cap for $50/month but it's a 2 year contract. I really don't want to be locked for 2 years.
