93 with a dew point of 82 here - that's around 115 for a heat index.

Is 2015 not good enough?
When I try to run it is like I am stuck in neutral. Maybe my shoes are the problem.
Also needed to take mom to the clinic for some blood tests. Lady just walked by with two black eyes.
James Bond is turning into pencil pusher.
So I am thinking about getting more serious about the whole running for fitness/fun thing and was talking with a friend. They suggested going to Running Wild (A local running store) to get shoes so I know that they are good, will fit and what not. He said he spends $130-$150 on a pair and goes through 2 ish pairs a year. Is that normal?

it's deceiving as I sit here running my heater. Looks breezy and sunny. No haze and can't see the heat radiating from the parking lot.
RUNNING HEATER???!!!! WTF?! Too COLD? To a person outside sweating, those are fighting words. You're lucky it's too hot outside or you would look like the lady I saw in the clinic.
I also find it ridiculous. But they crank it up because the upstairs gets warm. I sit downstairs. I have two degrees of temp control in my office. I'm probably not the only one down here running a heater, either. I can't imagine the amount of energy waste from it.
You practically need a jacket91F and 77 Dew Point. Only feels like 104 though.
