I like how he says we can be the Big 12 option. We can be that door for the Ohio and Michigan players to come to the Big 12.

Even if that just means being just ahead of the MAC in line, it will help us imo.
If he augments the type of guys Rhoads started to get from Florida, Texas, and Juco with some good BIG area guys, AND develops them like a good staff should, we will have success.

Interesting that he says no staff has been hired except Ayeni. Or did I hear it wrong. Said ISU staff would get 1st interviews

I kind of hope not, Manning is key imo, but I could see it being "good" to give current guys a chance before you make it official.
