Not true. Pay structure means all the difference. If you get a cut you negotiate beat possible terms if you are hired to review documents and make sure they are sound and protect his interest it is just due dilligence. Many if not most have agents and then have lawyers review.

About the only ******** he did was that we couldn't get parents up here easily and when you're fighting against the south that does make it tough. That really wasn't ********.

He complained multiple times about no direct flights to the DSM airport and how that made it difficult.

Campbell is very well spoken and highly intelligent. I have no doubt that he will evaluate our players and the other teams in our conference and come up with a great plan to make ISU a winner. When CPR was hired, I was a bit skeptical but he did some great things early on. With Coach Campbell, I'm on board immediately and I have no doubt that he is the guy that will take us to a whole new level of success. Pollard hit a home run with this hire.

Great kick off, very well spoken and honest. He did not bite on some of the question that he did not know such as defensive formation. Hit nail on head on re ruining, need players to be successful. I'm excited.
