Valencia is an underrated stop for a tourist in Spain. It's the traditional home of paella. You can go to little towns with scenic canals and eat paella while seeing a view of where the rice is grown and shellfish are caught. It also has an amazingly beautiful museum campus that is used all the time for TV commercials and sci fi movies/tv.

I love paella. There was a place in Madison that served it, hell it was named La Paella. It is no longer open and I am no longer happy.

Spanish food is the most underrated in the world imho. Even though it has gotten more popular here I think the ingredients in Spain are more exotic (so many things I hadn't had before or since) and harder to find in the US than Italian or French food. Valencia is a really chill and fun city, we added it to our trip kind of last minute and only spent a day and a half but loved it.

Cooke's reverse layup +1 toward the end of the first periscope video was pretty impressive. I assumed it was Monte until the guy shooting clarified. We all know he can shoot but would be awesome if he has moves to the basket like that.

Agreed. Valencia doesn't get the tourist love like Barcelona, Madrid, or Granada, but it's a really great place to spend a couple of days. Especially because it tends to not be as crowded as other places. And the paella is wonderful!
