The other team didn't look very good. ISU missed a lot of threes that were beyond wide open. Hard to tell anything by that game.

The other team's 3 point D was so bad that our guys were rarely shooting 3s in rhythm, they were setting up and thinking about it too long. It was almost comical sometimes how long they had to shoot. I thought the shots we took in rhythm looked ok.

Guys just need to either fire them in that situation or drive to the basket, seems like it's always a clank when they think about it that long.

For anyone who's watched, if you ranked level of competition from 1-10 with CCL being a 1 and NCAA power conference game being a 10, where would you rank these games? Same if you were ranking seemed level of intensity with our guys in the games.

I havent watched but these teams aren't pushovers just because they aren't US teams. Just going through the motions against other guys not on your team is a positive for this group.

Hines tweeted that Cooke has been getting a lot of min at PG and Niang hasn't initiated the offense much, both of which are interesting. Though in regards to Cooke Noskowiak not there is a consideration.

Thomas really seems to be filling it up. Not sure if that is just him progressing, TJ back, Prohm, or what. But I love seeing it.

He certainly appears to be playing with confidence. Hopefully that carries over to the season.

I have no idea if I was living in a hole or what, but anyone else notice Thomas is cut like Stallone in Rocky. I knew he had large biceps but My Lord. I was glancing at the Men's Basketball Twitter page, basically looking at where they are visiting in between games, and he's got a couple of shirtless pics on there. In the words of my wife: "Wow, there's not an ounce of fat on him, he's a machine!" I have no idea if that will help his 3's go down, but that boy has become very athletic looking over the last 2 years.

Progress and a shorter roster, leash most likely. Would love to see him be more aggressive offensively this season although I'm not sure there are enough shots for him with our talent. Either way, expecting a big jump in production from him in 16-17.

I think being a starter is more important for Matt's game than someone like Naz.
