The real question that needs to be asked of Fran is why was that goofball so far away from the lane.

^or why did he leave him in the game after (a) his crappy play, (b) the first eye poke, (c) the head rub eye poke, or (d) the elbow to the back of the head.
Here's a better gif of the eye pokes plus bonus head rub. What a weirdo.

Fran McCaffery on Dan Dakich's comments "There’s absolutely no way Adam Woodbury did that on purpose. Dan Dakich is completely out of line."
Crappy announcers, but at least Sam Ponder is there.
elbow to the back of the head? is there video?
Can anyone get a video or vine of the alleged eye gouging by Woodberry?
Give ol' Dingleberry a break. With his amazing wingspan, it was lucky he could reach any higher to guard the ball. 7'1 with the reach of a 6 footer and vertical of 3 inches.
My favorite Dingleberry moment was him knocking the ball out of bounds with no one else around and then pointing Iowa's direction.
Only if he is in an elevator. He has that credit card vertical, although he gets a little more on a jump ball by grabbing the other guy to lift off.

Woodbury: If you're going to take someone's eye out ya gotta commit to it.

Wow I don't remember it being that bad, but that is a great still shot and it looks like Deandre is trying to use the other guys had as a bowling ball by inserting three fingers in each hole.
