Current freshmen impact next season

A walkon? You're picking a walkon to have an impact next year? And at a position where you usually need 2-3 years of development before you're ready to see the field, even if you're a scholarship player? You must be Fett's dad or something, but I don't think a redshirt freshman walkon OL is going to have an impact next year, especially with the players we have coming back on the line. And with the freshmen OLs we have coming in, he'd have to be pretty special to see playing time beyond next year.
Sir, I am fairly certain that he was being sarcastic and assumed he didn't need the jimlad

90% of CF is excited for SR. If Rohach somehow beats out Sam, our QB issues are long gone.

I don't think grant is going to be a bust. But heck, if he can beat out richardson then im looking forward to hearing rohach to Lazard on the loudspeaker for the next 4 years

Lets see how Sam Richardson does in the bowl game. He's only thrown what, 1 interception? He's looked very good in his first two games as a cyclone.

he's thrown 0 interceptions to 7 touchdowns 36-58 410 yards passing and 162 yards rushing and 1 touchdown in 2 games (not counting his 25 yards rushing vs W.Ill)

I'm not down on Richardson but I'm very high on Rohach. The future is bright either way. I could care less who starts as long as they move the ball.

I always forget about Mutcherson. I think him and Charlie Rogers can help us out next year. Hopefully Aka on defense. I also have heard that Bevins is a beast... anyone else hearing that too?

As far as WR goes, Daley is supposed to be the real deal, but if Quan West can come back healthy don't count him out either. He looked the most physically ready of the freshmen WRs before he was injured IMO.

If Mutcherson gets significant playing time we're in trouble. Daley should for sure, he's got some good hands. Hopefully Lawry will get some time somewhere too, whether that be at CB or KR/PR, he needs to be out there

How do you figure this? He was a guy the staff thought could possibly help this year. He's also pretty damn talented and hadn't played football for a year.

Yeah I agree with you. Better than that walk on by a mile. We didn't even have a scholarship player behind Givens.

Why is everyone down on Richardson? He has played two games in his career and was pretty damn good in both of them.

Two games against terrible defenses and people want to crown Richardson already... I'm not saying he's bad, I'm just saying let's wait and see. Barnett looked good against Tech and Okie State last year, but look how he turned out so far. I like Sam and what he's been able to do already, I just think Rohach is better.
