Maybe Beebe was a super genius. He knew the LHN was the only thing to save the conference in 2010. Did he also know it would be the only thing to keep it together on account of no one else taking Texas as long as they have it?

This *1000. If Mizzou delivers the KC and St Louis markets so well. How the hell is OSU Kansas or whoever it was being picked up by ISU Mizzou isn't.

You are doing the same thing that aggy did. You have one thing you could dangle out there a couple tv markets. You offer NOTHING competitively in that conference..

I can see why you would want to leave the Big 12. But the SEC is career suicide for the coaches and administrators. Wait until you draw the same 35-40 k for football games that you did 7-8 years ago. It will happen when you are only beating Kentucky and Vanderbilt.

He asked for Mizzou respect and here is what you give him. An Alba to Snook comparison. Just for the record, there are a couple of males in the Jersey Shore house that have hit the Snook, so she is semi popular with the guys. And Alba has had kids.

Someone better find that article on the 'house rules' of the SEC and out of state teams not offering more cash than the home state team does to players. MU needs to get up to speed on the culture of what their signing up for.

The 'good ol' SEC has honorable crooks. Them sumbitchees is at least up front 'bout der cheatin. Be careful about what you are asking for MU because you will be living in that slimy world.

We have the #1 running back out of Mizzou on our squad.


When Brady said he needed to explore options, he meant SEC to get enough votes for admission. Looks VBilt, OWburn, Bama and one other are not so happy about Mizzou. If the SEC turndown is done in a week, MO should leave the bus stop pretty soon. SEC wants a prettier gal, more like a TAMmy. Her last name may rhyme with Me$$e$.

Why all the Mizzou talk in the aTm leaving thread. SEC accepted aTm, they have essentially left. There is a couple other threads for Mizzou.

I just can't help but think how this Mizzou to the SEC is shaping up just like the Mizzou to the Big 10 thing went down. For all the vocalization we are hearing out of Missouri, the talk from the conference seems the same as it was from the Big 10. "We have no plans at this time. We are do not plan on expanding, but we are looking into it." I hope it's not a cover for another team from the Big XII like it was when they took Nebraska instead, but I just can't get over how similar this is when they got rejected by the B1G and they took another team. I really think this is cover for a Big East team they are trying to poach without looking like ******** for killing that conference. Missouri seems to be the Go-To guys for making a lot of noise about changing conferences. The perfect thing to take the heat off elsewhere.

Just my personal feeling though, feel free to attack me in any way.

In a particular year yes, of course. And that individual won't be playing in his home state. Typically (almost always) the others I mentioned will be head and shoulders better.

All along this has pretty much been the thread for all things realignment. Dunno why we havent just renamed it as such.

Big 12 presidents and chancellors have voted to invite TCU to join the league, should be finalized over next several days.

There better be more invites coming. If all we do is add TCU..
