One would assume it would all happen at the same time to save money. Though we cannot be sure until after we see some renderings.

Really hope they double deck it right away and just get it over with otherwise we will be waiting another 20yrs for the 2nd deck.

-- Is there going to be a brick facade? If not, don't bother.
-- Did you consult with Matt Perrault because he knows all?
-- Double decker or forget it?
-- We cannot sell out what we have and this is going to add a million seats, WHY?
-- We are Iowa State do we really deserve it?
-- Who is organizing the cup cake sales to financially back this?
