The construction on the south end zone and the new FB building (weights, offices) will begin after this upcoming (or after 2012) season. Somehow, I guess, the FB building be attached to Bergstrom. Rhoads said it very straightly and confidently, and apparently it sounded like a done deal. He didn't go into much detail or specifics on either project (such as if it will be double-deck or not, etc.) but he did reveal this info.

Also reiterated that the new scoreboard this year will be done by the fall.
