I dont know if it was him getting beat, or just not wanting to foul. Either way, he showed WAY more defensively than Nojus ever did IMO

Defensively, im more concerned with Buchanan, as it felt like FDU had some easy buckets around the basket

Maybe you’re right, but it was FDU. I know this was Lipsey’s first action after sitting out the exhibitions, so wanted to get him as many minutes as comfortable, which takes back court minutes, but JB only got 10 minutes. Kelderman got 5 and JB was in for all of those, so essentially JB really got 5 minutes with guys we expect to see playing in competitive games.

I hear you about Buchanan. Pretty telling that he only got 14 minutes as a starter. Hoping to see a lot of improvement tonight.

tbh, i hope he gets in foul trouble, only because i want to see more of Pleta. IMO, he seems so fluid, even the game seems fast for him still

Own the glass, impose our will on a smaller team, and put some good post action on the film for Mississippi St to have to counter. Plus MSU has a 7 footer that could be a handful, so I'd to have more confidence there.
