It wasn't always pretty, but there were still lots of good things to come out of this one.

Who the crap is Ryan McGee

What a trash piece on BYU!
Would be great to get 2-3 in playoff.!!

Legend has it that after the angel Moroni showed Joseph Smith the golden plates upon which the Mormon Church was founded, he also warned Smith to make sure to heed the oft-forgotten inscription located on the scratched up backside of the plates: "BEWARE THE COVETED FIFTH SPOT LEST IT BITE YOU IN THE BEHIND IN LUBBOCK."

Your Top 5 Alfred Hitchcock films

I know I said I'd wait a day or two, but I lied. :) Next up is another all-timer with an incredible list of films: Alfred Hitchcock. Please pick only feature films.

His full-length features are as follows, but note he had a LOT between 1925 and 1940ish...but not many would have seen them. If you have, and one of them is in your top 5, by all means add them. I started with what is considered when he became popular. I have a feeling a lot of the same will be the top five, but the order of the five will be interesting. I also know his movies are old, so not be very many responses to this one. Alas.

Valpo- preview?

This is a team with a new head coach. One who has been very successful at other levels and is doing a major rebuild. Valpo is 0-2 on the new season and will likely struggle this year as they’ve loss both by an average of 34 points. So far, they’ve been prone to giving up big runs and digging holes. They are led by Fiona Connolly who is averaging 15 per game. They aren’t afraid to chuck up threes with only Allia von Schlegell having a decent make percentage. Expect more of that tonight. Their defense appears to be sketchy at best as they are giving up nearly double the number of their own baskets made (yes that is also because of their bad offense) as they make about 18 per game while giving up 34. They are giving up nearly THIRTY turnovers per game. I suspect our pressure defense will ensure that number continues. Don’t expect this one to be remotely close, but thats why they play the games.

Wrestling Media Availability Video & Quotes

Giddy up - Season opener is this Friday!

I have full video from today's media availability with Kevin Dresser, Connor Euton and Rocky Elam.

I also did have the time today to write out a few quotes from the interviews that I thought were worth highlighting for those of you who prefer to read over watch! I didn't do the entire interviews but I think you guys will like this format!

I also added the projected ISU lineup at the end of the story. During availability, Rocky did make it seem pretty clear that he won't be wrestling this weekend and will be focusing on the Cy-Hawk on Nov. 30.

I will be there Friday taking photos and doing my usual coverage! Looking forward to it.

Enjoy!
