With respect to Starbucks, was told today it was not insured by someone who would know. I think the fact that their posts say "we are waiting to meet with the City" more or less confirms it. The tear down is going to be the city's problem and then I'm guessing the school ends up with the land.

Actually the guy who bought the DQ building applied for grants that helped fund the removal.

That is a bummer to hear. I think you are likely right as I see that going to the school as well. I guess a parking lot will look better than that building does.

That is an awful return for Boston. A terrible contract and some lousy firsts. They must have just wanted him out of the building.

I really thought Denver was going to make a run at Brown. Murray plus Cam Johnson’s expiring for Brown and another bench player for contact purposes. That would seem like a better deal than what Philly offered.
