I don't necessarily agree that if we beat Oklahoma that we will be ranked, with only 9 votes we have to come up a long ways to break into that Top 25. Teams directly in front of us that we will likely pass include Kansas State (obvious), UConn (given they lose tonight against Georgetown) & Vanderbilt (lost already this week). That still gives Gonzaga and perhaps Nevada first dibs on an open spot in the Top 25, given they don't lose their games this week.
Who could fall out of the Top 25?
#25 Louisville - Would have to lose their game against Rutgers on Saturday
#24 Florida State - Good potential here, even with a win tonight they face #18 Virginia on Saturday. A loss there and would likely fall out.
#23 Harvard - Two games they should win, not likely.
#22 Michigan - If they beat #20 Indiana, even with a loss to #10 Mich State on Saturday they likely remain higher.
#20 Wisconsin - Beat Penn State, plays #3 Ohio State on Saturday; even with a loss there they may fall but probably not far enough.
#20 Indiana - Probably will lose to #22 Michigan, play Purdue on Saturday; win at Purdue but likely still close to fall out.
In the end, I think with a Cyclone victory on Saturday we climb but still end up just out of the Top 25 (26 or 27 spot)... Either way, more importantly we'd remain at least just 2 games back for the Big 12 Title race or perhaps 1 with some tough match-ups for Kansas yet this week.
