WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Of course…they win their Super Bowl against us and then regress to their normal crappy shooting

They are crappy FG% overall but not crappy from three. Tech is shooting 37% from three in league play. That's #2 in the league just behind our 38%. They run hot and cold but you can't say their normal is crappy. We aren't a great defensive team. TT made the open threes vs us and looks to have missed them vs BYU since BYU is not great on D either.

Sounds like it was good game. Love me a good shoot out but forgot (well, poop!) it was on.
It was a very entertaining game. Iowa was up 10 late in the 4th and OSU came back to force OT and win.

Clark was playing hero-ball big time late in the game and in OT. I don't have the stats, but seemed like she took an overwhelming percentage of their OT shots and was tossing up bricks on anything that wasn't a layup.

I've been surprised at how good Davis has been for them lately. However, I don't expect that will work as well come tourney time. That being said, they appear to be gelling as a team a bit better than earlier in the season.

Great game, tough day for Stuelke. CC made some ridiculous passes that didn't get converted by Stuelke and O'Grady. McMahon was a beast down low for them, we had no answer. Learn from it, keep going, tOSU is a solid team.

Iowa just lost to Ohio State 100-92 in overtime. Iowa was up by ten in the 4th quarter.
I watched about the last minutes of that game. Of course it was great to see Iowa lose but I noticed after a little bit that they weren't breaking for commercials as much and it made it actually fun to watch. I don't watch much men's basketball because the games are unwatchable with the mandatory breaks every half. And I think the mandatory breaks for the women's games are fewer. If that's the case I might watch more. But it also may have had something to do with the fact that the game was starting to eat into the NFL pre-game show so the network brass didn't want to delay the ending.

The player that killed us from outside definitely regressed to her norm.

New polls are out

#4 Kansas State. Don't see that as sustainable. Do these voters even know Lee is out?
#10 Texas. Okay, I get this one.
#13 Baylor. Seems #15 or #16 might be more accurate.
#24 West Virginia. Not sure I am buying this. They look GREAT against crap teams. Not so good versus good teams.

Iowa State is only Big 12 team in the "receiving votes category", essentially #28.

WTF was Walker doing chucking up that 3 with like 9 seconds left?

Woof. Baylor pissed that down their leg. K State snuck away with one for sure.
