WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Man, some marquee matchups in the PAC 12 this week.

#5 ULA @ #3 Colorado
#6 USC @ #20 Utah
$6 USC @ #3 Colorado

Both Big Ten and Big 12 getting a bump adding these teams to their league next year.

Mulkey essentially blaming her players' poor play throughout the game for forcing her to make the call to iso Reese for the last shot.

"I should never have to do things like that. I should be able to do what we normally do but during the course of trying to win a game sometimes you think outside of the box."

Texas going all Hulk Smash over Kansas. Up by 21 at the half. Kansas's Jackson with 3 fouls and 0 points. Played 8 minutes.

** Edit: Texas up by 33 now. 3 minutes left.

That game was over when Jackson picked up her 2nd foul -- after 4 minutes and 18 seconds, to be precise lmao

Rough news for KSU: Ayoka Lee out roughly four weeks.

We play KSU home on 2/14 and away on 2/28. The 2/14 game is just shy of four weeks, so she's questionable for that one at the moment.

It sure seems like our quick repeat games are never against the gravy teams, but too lazy to check. Oh well play them as they come up.

K-State led KU by just 3 with 4:00 left, before pulling away and winning by 11. Jackson (KU) only played 6 minutes; apparently lost some teeth in a collision in the first quarter.

Texas had a 4-point lead in Stillwater after 3 quarters, and extended from there to a 10-point win. Booker (UT) had 19 pts, 6 reb, 5 ast, and 5 stl while Jones went for 18/14.

Baylor committed 23 turnovers, but managed to escape with a 77-74 home win over UCF (now 0-6).

Thanks I was trying to figure out why Jackson didn’t play many minutes. I expected her to have a good game as KSU doesn’t have much in the post without Lee.
