WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Man, Gophers marketing peeps are good. I already got this in an email from them a couple of minutes ago. I am just an occasional ticket buyer, mostly through their ticket exchange and haven't done that for maybe four years or so.

My guess is all her assistants from WVU will come with her, since they were all with her at South Dakota.

Cupboard isn't bare at WVU, but third coach in three years is tough.

That would be great for Gophers, the whole coaching staff would know midwest recruiting. No "get acquainted" with the region required, just resume where you left off in 2022.

Of course the only Big 12 teams to advance are Baylor and the two traitors.

Next year, the way things are trending, we wouldn't many Big 12 teams advancing far.

Pre-season next year only Texas might be ranked. Sooners lose three 5th year seniors and I'm not sure if the other senior starter is doing a 5th year. Baylor ain't Baylor anymore. KSU might be good if Lee comes back close to 100%, their guards are overrated but will be good enough with Lee back. They could crack the 25 later.

Forgot that Katie Abrahamson-Henderson was the Georgia coach now. This popped into my Twitter feed and thought it was sort of funny. Almost didn't play it until I recognized her name. Interesting as she played at both Georgia and Iowa (coached here at ISU to for a while, obviously to our older fans).

BTW, I knew who she was referencing when she asked "The guard, what's her name? The one with the cute eyes." LOL

Soon-to-be Big 12 member, BYU, lost their opening round WNIT game at home against Rice on Friday night, 71-67. It was the Cougars' 9th home loss of the year and they ended with a 16-17 overall record.

Minnesota should be a good job but I think WVU would have more stability. The talent is in the state the problem is keeping it there. IMO.
Rumor was that she was miserable in West Virginia and wanted to get back to the Midwest. Her son A.J. plays BB for the Coyotes & daughter Lexi plays BB for Grand Valley University.

Video about AJ's journey to recovery from a severe knee injury. Seems like a great family!

She called Gabby Marshall a sniper, which has double meaning to fans of the Canadian comedy Letterkenny. Note: Letterkenny is NSFW, nor appropriate for children.

Georgia is giving Iowa all they can handle at the half! Upsets are fun when they don’t involve your alma mater!
