Well disappointed Georgia didn't get the W.
Looked up the Georgia roster and top 2 players and 4 players overall came with Coach Abe from UCF.
Davis got hurt early in the game and Hannah turned an ankle in practice yesterday.Missed most of this game and only caught parts of the 2nd half. Looked at box score and Bluder really rode the starters. Molly Davis played only one minute. Big Ten sixth player of the year, Hannah Stuelke, didn't play at all. Both key players for them in conference play. I mean it worked but still found it curious.

A majority of those offensive rebounds are on her own misses. So I doubt she could have scored more points, but she could have raised her FG% a bit by making the layup on the *first* try. Wouldn't want to deflate those rebound numbers though!None of the WBB home seeds have lost yet with five games left. Stanford down and playing like crap in the first half though.
Damn, Angel Reese with 25 pts and 24 rebounds in the LSU/Michigan game. Not my fav player but damn she can board in some games. If she hadn't missed so many close in shots she would have had 30 points to.

Stanford's loss nearly gifted them a trip to the Final Four. However, Stanford was BAD last night. And that just blew Iowa's region wide open.
Stanford's been really really inconsistent all season. I could realistically see any one of Louisville, Texas, Duke, Ole Miss, or Iowa coming out of that regional. Truly think that any of those teams could beat any other of those teams on any given night. Throw rankings and seedings out the window, it's all about who performs under pressure.Stanford's loss nearly gifted them a trip to the Final Four. However, Stanford was BAD last night.
Although, as much as I dislike Texas, I would love to see Rori guarding Caitlin Clark.

lol wow
The real question is - why did she ever go to WVU in the first place? She had it made at South Dakota. I'm guessing she had offers in previous years and passed on them, so why did she go to WVU last year? Did she feel she needed to be at a Power 5 to get a better Power 5 job? The whole thing seems off.
No different than Brenda Frese jumping to P5 Minnesota from Ball State after only two years there and than bailing after one year at Minnesota to go to Maryland.
It's like any job opening, you have to take the opportunities when they arise because they aren't always going to arise when it is convenient for you or your current employer. Nobody owes their employer their future, just their best foot forward while they work there.
