58-56 is actually the score of the only time we played against Alabama. They haven't played us since we beat them.

The Hawkeyes are really athletic, and we're in trouble if the big guys wear down. Iowa State has a long tradition of success, like when Tubby Smith left UK to coach up there, so this is a real challenge.

Why should I be on upset alert? Should I spent the next couple days afraid that the thing that happens to everyone could happen to us? What's the point of that?

Let the folks who actually have something to do with that worry about it. Fred's not going to let the team lose focus now.

Hey guys- Blazer fan here. I have a ton of respect for your program and what you guys have accomplished this season. I'm hoping for a great game Thursday.

I wonder if it would be too much to ask a favor. Our university president has not been to but ONE game this season after announcing the demise of our football, bowling and rifle programs. He didn't even have the guts to show up for the CUSA Tournament that UAB hosted. Rumor is that he is planning on showing up to the game in Louisville. We have been chanting "Fire Ray Watts" during time outs of our games as not to disrupt the game or during free throws. I would love nothing more than to have your fans join us in our quest to let the Nation know our feelings are what has taken place the past four months.

Did he transfer to Birmingham so he could marry your other cousin?

It's obvious they are clueless enough not to think Alabama would be arrogant enough to go after someone the NBA would be interested enough.

I'm going to the game now JUST so I can chant "Fire Ray Watts". I'm going to chant it at the Kentucky game too.
