This is actually something that we send our recruits

I think it is funny that they have the Bears being so bad that they get the #1 pick in the NFL. LOL.

Schools have done more desperate stuff. There was some school that "recruited" a player's girlfriend, hoping that if she went to their school he would too. She posted a twitter picture of 20+ envelopes all addressed to her from the same school.
That's not desperate, that's smart.

Who cares? At least Rhoads stayed here. He obviously should have taken the Wisconsin job when he could have. Or the Pitt job.

We'll have to fire the poor guy when he was nothing but loyal and got us to 3 bowl games in 6 years. The good thing is that it is likely that if Hoiberg leaves we'll pay his replacement under one million---the better to pay the football buyout, my dear!

I shake my head at offerings of the "poor guy" rhetoric about Paul Rhoads. Guy makes over a million a year to do a job he's not good at. Coaching a sport. You can do all the throwing your hat on the ground and stomping around like a raving lunatic you please; who cares if there's progressively worsening results?

I'm really starting to dislike people on this website. Seriously, why is this such a terrible thing? It's better than a plain letter in the mail.

Oh, people who don't realize basically every school does this. I'm shocked. I would prefer we do something showing that they can sign FA deals right after the draft so that we can really sell the program.

I have no problem with the concept, the execution sucks though. I basically do that kind of stuff for a living, creating promotions for movies and such, grabbing different images and combining them into one. That is one hack *** photoshop job. I wouldn't even show that to my boss as a mock up for an idea.

Thats pretty much what I was thinking as well.
