Whereas the teams in the SEC send money... We have a lot of catching up to do.

Wow that is dumb... Can we get some verification on this? Also, who comes up with this stuff?

Oh no, iowa state sending a cheesy recruiting mail like every other freaking school. The horror.
Most schools have actually had a first-round pick in the last 45 years.

You cared enough to respond.......

I post about Hoiberg leaving and how it would pretty much suck and I get 'who cares? it's just a game.'

I don't give a rat's *** about football recruiting, so I'll post the same thing about football.

Yeah the Bears are gonna suck in 2019 if the first selection is from Iowa State. They should take a florida state or Alabama kid

Who cares what you have to say *******.

Oh, people who don't realize basically every school does this. I'm shocked. I would prefer we do something showing that they can sign FA deals right after the draft so that we can really sell the program.

Who cares? At least Rhoads stayed here. He obviously should have taken the Wisconsin job when he could have. Or the Pitt job.

We'll have to fire the poor guy when he was nothing but loyal and got us to 3 bowl games in 6 years. The good thing is that it is likely that if Hoiberg leaves we'll pay his replacement under one million---the better to pay the football buyout, my dear!

Nevermind. I should have known not to try since you're in full clonedude mode.

Schools have done more desperate stuff. There was some school that "recruited" a player's girlfriend, hoping that if she went to their school he would too. She posted a twitter picture of 20+ envelopes all addressed to her from the same school.
