The “Push”

I can see what they're mad about, but I can't place blame on the kid. He's not even looking at Pemsl when he comes flying in, the kid appears to be looking at the official. It looked like Pemsl either got into the kid's knee or landed on his foot, causing the kid to react to free himself. I see the "push", but I don't see the malice intent here. I can't see how that kid, having not paid attention in the first place, would've made a split-second decision to start being a d*** versus just reacting instinctively to protect himself.

I want to give Cyclone fans the benefit of the doubt but if the shoe was on the other foot we'd have a vocal majority of idiots doing the same thing Iowa's fans are doing. Unfortunately every fan base has a vocal portion of idiots that make the entire fan base look bad.

Bohannon getting involved is probably a bad idea (and I don't think we'd have any players saying anything).

I had zero idea what the big deal was until I saw this clip. Watch the full length, and there is no question the kid in the grey shirt did nothing wrong.

Sorry you suck Hawk fans. Also, **** Iowa.

Here's what this crybaby fit is all about:
Fran: 2 NCAA wins
Prohm/Fred: 7 NCAA wins

Fran: 2 Big Ten Tournament Wins...that's total wins
Prohm/Fred: 3 Big 12 Tournament Championships

Fran: 2-6 vs ISU
Prohm/Fred: 6-2 vs Fran

Fran: 0 point guards on his roster
Prohm/Fred: sending point guards to the NBA annually, found another point guard averaging around 8 assists per game to replace all american point guard

Here is the edited angle that has them up in arms

Wow, it took 5 reviews to even figure out what they are so mad about. Even in this highly edited clip you can see the kid, who probably weighs 165 pounds, slips off of the bottom bleacher and naturally puts his hands out to catch himself. Unfortunately the Iowa kid was right there. I doubt he even felt this horrible assault through his ankle pain. Really reaching for something to be upset about. Clearly this event affect FT shooting last night.

Haha I ******* knew Hawkdom would figure out a way to blame that injury on the loss. Premsl was going down regardless of the kid's 'involvement' which there's very little.

They oughta recruit the kid: better reflexes and stayed poised in a tough moment.

You dont even have to include Fred on this...

Prohm: 3 NCAA wins

Prohm: 3 Big 12 Tournament Wins

Prohm: 2-1 vs Fran

Wow, in just 2.3 seasons Prohm has fully exceeded Mad Fran's 7.3 seasons in every possible meaningful way.

Add in the Wiggington win in recruiting and next year's incredible class and it's a crazy slam dunk. 4-6 or 6-2? 31RPI or 234RPI?
