Survivor: One World

Did Troyzan really think Christina was going to follow that way. I mean everyone was telling her to spend $500 on the other thing and she was too stupid not to do it. She isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.

That did not bother me, because the other girls were telling her to go for it when they were stuffing their faces with food. Also if Troy did win immunity, which he did, they would have easily voted out another guy.

Troy is going to have to win this on the Terry Dietz plan (which got him to the final three elimination and changed the game's rules forever).

What happen there? I started getting into survivor about a year ago so it's a little before my time.

Did I see Tarzan vote off Lief??????? What a stupid idiot!

You did. Guy is a complete moron, and has been since day 1. Really solidified it when he talked his tribe into going to tribal AFTER winning an immunity challenge.

I'm not a fan of Kim, but I do like the girl who couldn't understand how the 5 v 4 thing works, even though I consider myself a "natural" kinda guy.

This former fighter pilot was dominant in the team phase. Upon the merge, the opposing team (led by Shane for a while) told him every single day that he was next to go. Nobody was willing to speak to him reasonably, so he just kept winning every single immunity challenge.

They got to the final three, and the last immunity challenge was a balance on water thing. There was a skinny girl (Danielle, I think) who won that, and a yoga instructor named Aras who ended up winning the whole game.

After the final tribal council results, Jeff asked the jury how they would have voted if it were Terry vs. Aras. Terry won that hypothetical. Terry vs. Danielle. Terry won. Terry in a 3-person final tribal. Terry in a landslide.

From that season on, it's been a final 3.

I guess if he didn't vote for Lief he would have been gone, but still.

Why is it, every season, the folks in the outer ring don't realize it, or anyways they don't act on it? The Big 4 pretty much outed themselves as the final 4, split their vote because Troy's fake idol ploy worked, and still got their man?

It's very hard for a person to admit to themselves they are on the outside looking in.

I can respect Troyzan as much as any "Survivor" fan, and I'm glad he made it interesting tonight with his victory, but damn, he needs to tone it down! His antics remind me of Missouri fans chanting "SEC" at the Big 12 tournament. Jury management Troyzan, REMEMBER THAT.

Frankly, I find it hard to cheer for any of these men, and I have found it hard to do that ever since they went to the jury after winning an immunity challenge. Tarzan makes for fun TV at times (except when they do a full body shot of him in his Speedo), but the guy's a moron.

I like the show in general and will keep watching because of the premise, but I have found some of the gameplay this season to be the most inept in a long time. Kim's a good player, but I think if she was on the same season as people like Boston Rob or Russell she wouldn't stand out nearly as much.

I really hope that Troyzan just stick around the sheer fact that it creates an interesting storyline. Once he is gone then it the show is going to get pretty stale, since everybody knows what is going to happen.

I initially thought Tarzan was an idiot for voting for Leif instead of Kim but really he has no other options at this point. His only hope is that the girls start to turn on eachother before getting to him. He's still an idiot mind you, but that decision wasn't so bad.

Troyzan's plan was brilliant. If I were in one of the "forgotten four" I would have done that in a heart beat. I'd have voted out Kim, then the first chance I got I'd have voted out Troyzan. Then I'd just pick off the remaining 3 women from that alliance and you're down to four people, none of whom are great in challenges or particularly well respected for their gameplay.

I just can't get over how much balls it takes for the women to sit their and tell Troyzan to basically just accept the fact that he's going home and to be ok with that. Troyzan is doing the right thing as well. There's zero reason for him to be nice now. He's going home if he doesn't win challenges. So while he's doing that, he needs that womens alliance to crack which is bound to happen. Just keep being a pain in their ***** and openly talk about strategies to get rid of Kim and Chelsea.

While I agree Tarzan is a moron it was Colton that originally brought up going to tribal after they had won immunity and he got Tarzan to back that. Funny thing is it was meant to vote off Lief for telling Bill about their plan to get rid of him and instead they voted off Bill anyways. It still is a defining moment this season as it just shows how dumb the guys have been all along and when has it every worked out for the better in the past whenever someone gave up immunity? It NEVER has and instead of 1 player being voted off for a stupid move they all are getting picked off 1 by 1 for that essentially.

I don't get Tarzan's thinking, he's been voting with the women the last few times which if I was left I'd take him to the final 3 since no one on the jury is going to think he deserves to win so maybe that is his plan to play the role of village idiot and get to the final 3.

Troy needs to calm down the smack talk and just keep winning immunity. Once he got it and started to think rationally he had a good sales pitch to Christina and Alicia who both right now are in denial that they are likely #5 and #6 in their all-women alliance. Hopefully Troy can get those 2 and Tarzan to come on board and make it a 4-4 tie to stir it up some and see if they can crack the women's alliance. If you were not confident you are top 4 in your alliance at this point now is the time to make the move and get yourself into the top 4 with someone else.
