I have no idea how Jay thought he was so safe. I like Troy so I hope he goes far, but it would make sense for people to be gunning for him.

What's so frustrating is Jay was the one trying to convince Troy the women were on the hunt in the last episode and then this week he just doesn't go that way at all even though Troy was telling him he believed it now.

Which is sad because Lief is my 2nd favorite guy. Always has been in the top 5 and now that the other three (Troy is #1) he is my 2nd favorite person now.
Once Troy gets voted off, I'll be pulling for Chelsea. At some point they'll realize she's a threat and she'll probably get voted off too.

Genius, Troy. Complain that they want to vote you out. Ignore two central truths about Survivor:
1) Almost every has to be voted out. That's how you get to the end.
2) If they are united against you, they think you're a threat. That means you're (comparatively) good at the game, or at least enough of it to be a threat.

I can see his frustration though. The guy wants to win and yet again the women are teaming up together. I would be ****** as well.

I get that, too, but isn't that how the game works. Royce didn't complain that Kentucky played 5 guys on the court.
Your other point about ticking off the entire jury.....good point. Maybe they should be a little smarted about how they get this done.
I'm going to pretend that these women are thinkers (and they are, compared to the guys). Maybe they're assuming that the guys have to vote for somebody no matter what, so if they all tick the guys off, they have to vote for someone they don't like, anyway.
They have been smarter than the men so far but I have never seen any respect for the person they are going to vote off. In any season of Survivor I haven't seen it. I would let him know he was next but maybe in a nicer way and if he found out another way I would just sit back and stay clear.
