I posted his texas tech bio page to show you that he came into texas tech as a redshirt sophomore. So therefore he red shirted at his community college in 2010-11. He then played at his community college as a RS/Fr in 2011-12. He then played at Texas Tech during the 2012 season from Nov 9, 2012-Jan 8, 2013(12 games). He then again redshirted for the second time in his collegiate career from Jan 8, 2013-Dec 14, 2013(one academic year). He then became eligible to play and has since played 4 games at Western Kentucky. He is currently a RS/Jr and has 1.5 seasons left as of today, even though he has only played in 1.5 full seasons to date as a college athlete while red shirting 2 years(aka double redshirt). So he will only play 1.5 more seasons. Which will give him 3 full total seasons to play. He played a full season in 2011-12. He played a half season in 2012-13(fall semester 2012). Then he sat out/fulfilled academic residence requirements/red shirted a full season(spring semester 2013 & fall semester 2013) and will play a half season in 2013-14(spring semester 2014). Here are some quotes from my links:
"JUNIOR (2012-13): Transferred to WKU following the first semester of the 2012-13 season and will become eligible to play for WKU after the conclusion of the first semester of the 2013-14 season."
"PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
Trency Jackson is a transfer, who led the Northwest Florida State College Raiders (31-2) to the NJCAA national title game ... named to the NJCAA Region 8 All-Tournament Team ... averaged 10.3 points, 3.1 assists, 1.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals as a redshirt freshman ... named first team All-Freshman and first team All-Panhandle Conference last season"
Sorry man you're wrong.
