Gotta watch the YouTube versions with closed captioning on. The captions are gold.

I think there is a youtube video somewhere how they explain how they get it done. Not sure if it's their own channel, or if it was an interview/documentary type event from another channel.

Short answer, yes.
The SEC Shorts videos are pretty great, even if last week's was a bit phoned in (they even poked fun at themselves for that). The SEC Roll Call ones, however, don't do a lot for me personally.
