I have been going down this rabbit hole for the past couple of days, and I am not sure what to say other than I think this is much bigger than I thought.

What is scary (could be total coincidence) is the amount of people that wanted to walk way from diddy/label or knew something and magically died by driveby, an "accident" or for some reason, a bunch of people died by pneumonia and were examined by the same autopsy guy.....

The one thing that is going to be interesting is how to prove if some celebrity showed up, was drugged, and they got that celebrity doing something illegal with a minor or on tape, it looks like an R*pe or something.
how the heck do you prove that you were drugged and had no idea what you were doing? and even if you get a not guilty plea, the world is going to know what you did reglardless of being drugged or not.

or what happens to people like Denzell Washington that had a documented falling out during a party , stormed out and basically said "F you and your parties". Does he get charged with something if hew knew something was going on?

Yeah I dunno. Going to parties isnt a big deal, participating in criminal activities is and it seems like Denzel and his wife werent too pleased with what they witnessed there. Doesnt appear to be a common venue for Denzel. Taking pot shots at his faith doesnt seem warranted.

Agreed. They will likely make a spectacle and appeal over and over until they either find someone to overturn it or Lumpy YMCAs it away with a pardon.

I am sure they will give him credit for some time served also. So has he been in jail for a long time? Like 6 months or a year. Minus good time served. I would imagine he will be in for about 1 year total and they will use Prison overcrowding as one of the reasons they let him out.

TMZ says he has been in for 13 months now and will get credit for that time served. Plus if he completes a program he can get like 15% off his time as well. Probably will end up doing around 2 years at most.
