What the absolute hell?! I was excited for this offense, and still am, if everyone stays….I imagine a lot of the guys liked playing under him.
First, congrats to Nate. Big time promotion and working for one of the best. He'll learn a ton.
Second, a college football coaching crisis is coming. Guys are fleeing to the NFL because if you're coaching guys that are getting paid, you want to do it on a level playing field where there are rules and you don't have to constantly re-recruit your own team.

Yeah, it sucks losing guys to the pros in football or basketball since their season ends so much later and not as easy to replace.
Honestly it would be hilarious if he came in and absolutely cooked. I have this whole conspiracy that the game where they blew the breaks off Ohio St, Kirk just let Brian do whatever the hell he wanted, but other than that game, it was Kirk's boring gameplan.

Didn't see that one coming, wasn't on my radar yet. I thought he would have another good year before he started garnering interest. Good for him, wonder who the next guy will be. Wouldn't think that we have anybody waiting in the wings yet, will maybe be an outside hire
