If I'm reading this chart right, Colorado, Oregon State, and Wazzu would be near perfect fits in the Big XII while Oregon, ASU, UA, and Utah are more closely aligned with the Big XII than PAC outliers of UW, Stanford, USC, and UCLA.
Yep....if academics really mattered in the way he says, and the data sources he uses is accurate. But even than as it shows, he cant follow his own data findings.

**should also say not getting a Big 12 deal, either.

only way they're getting bronze is if 100% of games are streaming and even that seems unlikley.

ESPN isn't going to be paying more than what they pay the Big 12.

I think he’s getting the bronze either way. Either the PAC gets it(they won’t), or they join the Big12.

After months of being quiet or flat out denying any interest in the Big 12, the AZ President and CO AD have both spoken out in the last 2 weeks and essentially said the same thing. They are going to do what's in their school's best interest and that means they won't rule out changing conferences.

So, is that AZ's position then? PAC must be third for them to stay? Cause if so, let's get that paperwork started.

Yormark is playing this perfectly. Utah and Arizona State are pointing a gun at their heads and playing Russian roulette. Let’s says Colorado and Arizona bolt to the Big 12. If I am the Big 12, I would say, that’s it. Utah and ASU are then at the mercy of Oregon and Washington. If Utah and ASU want to join the Big 12, make them beg.

There might be a date when the Big12 plays tough with ASU and UU, but doubt we are close to that point. Both schools bring plus value (>$32M) to the Big12, so I feel Yormark can be patient and let the schools decide to join Big12 without pressure tactics.

Plus give CU it's moment in the sun and then Arizona.

Can you imagine if Yormark pulled Colorado and Arizona...and then that somehow forced in OR and Wash. then ASU and Utah had nowhere to go.....it will never happen, but that would be nuts.
