So Kam White didn't have any committable offers either? I'm guessing Iowa's top recruits didn't have committable offers either then
Or playing time. Not sure what Oregon has returning for 2017, but if these kids are solid, they have a good chance of starting and just about certain to be in the 2 deep. For JUCO kids immediate playing time is HUUUUGHHH.
I also think Coach Campbell and his staff are a young group, with a little different approach, that might help with an 18-20 year old.
Staff is making things happen. Both of these guys are exactly what next years roster needed.

I'm assuming Oregon just would not be able to offer the PT that he would want. With ISU, he's practically guaranteed as much time as he wants (until further notice, at least).

Think around 85-90% would choose Oregon over Iowa state if they had an offer from both. Also, juco players are kinda like lottery tickets. You never know if your going to win or lose.

Of course not all of them were/are. I never said they were. However, Iowa is coming off of a 12-2 season which most players would love to have, and Iowa state hasn't had that syccess recently.
