I'll be going to Des Moines before Christmas and my brother will pick me up with their car after Christmas from there.
You’re welcome buddy. Her sister is coming to visit from FL this month and wants to do something Christmas-y, I was looking at Mannheim Steamroller tix but a little to rich for my blood. Haven’t gone to a bowl game since 2000. Mentioned to my dad we might want to go, he put us down on his hotel reservation. He talked my mom into going, so there goes the babysitter. They are driving leaving the 25th and may not get back until the 30th. Can’t swing a trip that long.

I thought about becoming a Superfanatic just so I could give the “dumb” reaction to people in the cave, but @3TrueFans seems to have my back on that on every post I’m wanting to do it to.
Even though working Minn. went down to Hilton and watched the Clones dominate NDSU, it was worth the drive. Need to figure out where to watch the Iowa game at next.

After much discussion and price checking and everything else, we have come to the conclusion that one more "big" trip in the space of 6 months is just too many. In addition to Maui, we're cruising from San Diego to Miami via the Panama canal in April.
So, I guess there will be a watch party at our place. All y'all are welcome - bring allergy meds if you're allergic to cats.

Sat in the cold rain and 25+ MPH wind on Saturday, hoping to get a deer. All I got was wet. (Cue standing ovation from PETA folks.) Then got into the truck to head home, to listen to our boys hold Drake on a last-second 4th down play to win the game.

Good to see Lard's comments in the DM Rag this morning about "buying in" to CSP's plan. I would bet he'll get more than 10 minutes Thursday night, hopefully he can get Garza into foul trouble just like Ward did.

You should come north. State is overrun with the destructive rodents but if you were to listen to the hunters here there aren't ANY cause DNR sucks. Minnesotans want their lakes managed like walleye aquariums and public and private woods managed like deer hunting preserves.

I had a few come by that went down the wrong trail for me. 15 minutes later, told my BIL that my legs were soaked through to the skin and I couldn't feel my hands anymore, so time to call it quits.
