Got to fire someone for the first time today. That's something to cross off my work bucket list.

Not really in my job description, but the general superintendent was out and the guy had to go. You make the same mistake twice in less than two weeks, both of which result in equipment damage and could have potentially killed someone, it's time to go.

Softball season is officially done. Not good but better than last year team wise.

After a poor start, for the second half of the season daughter hit .430 and was driving runs in. So what do they do tonight, put her at lead off. Tough to drive in runs there.

Came across this article. There is finally a term for people like me who are in that limbo area between Gen X and Millennials. For those born between 1977-1985 range we are Xennials.

I’ll be honest, I think Xennial was a thing made up just because of people around my age that have a ****** impression of millennials and don’t was to be called that. I was born in 83 and I fully embrace the millennial title.
