She went to a high school in a town that has a highway running through it called the redneck bottleneck. In fact @cycloneG is staying there this weekend.
Um yes. I was trying to schedule a maintenance appointment online and I couldn't select what I wanted because the sidebar was in the way. This was my first service appointment after their two years of free service. No coupons out at the moment, either. That one stung and it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I know, I could go elsewhere for cheaper.
No, the keto is my last resort to lose what's left of my tummy. I'm lean everywhere but there. That padding just refuses to go away. I honestly worry at this point if I'm just cursed with loose skin. But I've been at this weight plateau for about seven months now. I've got to bust through somehow. The final last resort is extended fasting (the longest I've ever fasted before is four days, and I love food too much to think about trying to fast for a couple weeks.)
I can always get a boob job. I'm never going to pay for a tummy tuck.
My SIL is really thin everywhere but her belly. I think she has the old post menopausal belly fat, which I fully believe is a thing. She probably weighs less than she has since high school but all fat in her body seems to be in her middle. I know that isn't your problem but wonder if any of the stuff targeted at helping women with it would help. The decrease in estrogen is the cause I guess, so maybe not? But some of the things they recommend about fats seem similar to keto. I know she's been trying the apple cider vinegar thing to see if it helps.
The late 80's/early 90's were such a bad time for girls' hairstyles.
At least guys had permed mullets to fall back on.
