Mongolian Buffet in Ames includes sushi in its buffet, at a separate counter. It's usually pretty fresh, and a decent selection. Personally, I think they use too large of a rice ball. Since it's all you can eat with the buffet, I usually take two of a kind, then take the meat from one and double up on the second one at th table. Otherwise you fill up too fast on the rice. 
I don't care for sushi but my best guess would be Fuji or that Shogun place by the DMV out West.
I have always liked Fuji for sushi. They have something called the American Combo that I like, especially the Super Crunchy Rolls
I find this handwriting discussion interesting. I think mine is generally not good but legible. I don't do much handwriting these days and I find myself making the same letters differently even in the same word.
I don't know what's going on here...a team-building exercise, a non-athletic competition, or what...but I was laughing my ass off...particularly at the one guy on the background barrel. He was really struggling...

I disagree with a lot of people politically in the cave, but there's one or two that just disgust me as a human being.
Well today started pretty slow, had a broken fuel line replaced it, cracked a fuel line between the pump and injectors primed it and it took off first try. So that made for a pretty much Awesome Sauce morning. Afternoon went better. Nieces B-day party was yesterday, earrings I picked for her must have been ok her sister wanted to borrow them.
