Well, I never made it to Hy Vee. Someone scheduled a conference call at noon to go over a project plan that we went over back in May (when the data center migration was supposed to occur) and the plan hasn't changed except the client has been pushing it back for almost a year now. Supposed to happen in October but I'm not holding my breath.
And of course at the same time the same client has an "emergency" in which they need us to check out the remote system and as normal half the people have no idea how to log on even though they are supposed to support it.
I couldn't find anything wrong and things seemed to be running just fine. I think there were a couple of batch processes running that were a bit CPU intensive so once they ended things settled down. But this client always seems to think the sky is falling. It makes me want to quit drinking Budweiser (hint hint)

Hint taken. Budweiser is too heavy for you and you're looking for something lighter. Perhaps WDSM can give you a sample of this:

That's a good point but I do have a fairly reasonable explanation. We have a fitness center in our building. Rather than bringing new clothes everyday, I tend to bring several outfits at once to change into after working out.

If I know that I can work out a couple days in a row, I have started to leave my exercise clothes at work.

Happy birthday, Boxster!

I just saw a recipe that involved spaghetti squash, ground chicken, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic...you bake the squash and serve the mixture in the squash. The problem is that it involves mushrooms, which neither of us like. Pondering if zucchini would make a good substitute.

I would think that the taste would be fine. I wonder if the mushrooms were more for protein though.

Happy Birthday, Boxster! I hope you['re having a great day. I am freezing in my office. my fingers are actually a little stiff from the chill.

FYI--school picture day is one of the most dreaded days of the year. Especially for a mother of 3 girls (in school--in 2 years it will be 4).
My boy decided he would try out Mrs. Velo's razor that was in the shower. He now has a bald spot about the size of a robin egg right on the top front of his head. Picture day is going to be so much fun.

I remember when I did that, but I tried my arm. I think I saw a commercial about razors doing that or something.

On the plus side, it'll be something fun to show his SO's right? In college my friend was shaving the back of his neck with an electric razor and took a chunk out of his hair, so he shaved it all off. That was a good look
