As for the remote hunt, there have been a couple things go go missing at my parents' and show back up in the most obvious spot. It has gotten to the point where my dad almost seriously thinks there is something else going on in the house (supernatural). I tend to think he is just losing it. Thankfully on our main TV the factory TV remote will also work as the Dish remote. And supposedly my phone is supposed to have the ability to be the TV remote, but it doesn't ever recognize our Dish receiver in the set up. Since we have a Samsung TV and I have a Galaxy phone, I can also do screen sharing. I have pulled up shows on HBO Go on my phone or even once an ISU game on the ESPN app and then paired with the TV to watch on the big screen.

Pretty much everything.

Dug up a storm drain that was plugged with roots and dirt. Got halfway done building a flagstone pathway. Shoved up all of the walkway path mulch the storm washed away, respread that and new mulch. Climbed up on the roof and cleaned off the storm downed branches and sweep the roof. Too much for one afternoon for an old man.

Hubby and I were discussing the uniform thread earlier today. I told him I was going to suggest adding some bling to the uni's.

In related news, I finally added an avatar. I need to crop to picture, but it isn't letting me do that on mobile. It is a bling I State. Wouldn't that look great on football uniforms? It would sparkle in the sun and blind the other team.

On a whim we decided to take Z for Mary Greely ' s attempt to get a world record for the most people born at the same place reunion. We showed up about 1 and they were supposed to start the official count at 2.

We ended up there till after . They were about 25 people short. They did give out enough bracelets to crush it by 200. Sadly, it took so long a lot of people left.

On a whim we decided to take Z for Mary Greely ' s attempt to get a world record for the most people born at the same place reunion. We showed up about 1 and they were supposed to start the official count at 2.

Where I was born is now apartments. Don't think they'd be happy if a bunch of people crammed in.

I thought about doing this, but just the younger 2 were born at Mary Greeley. The waiting and nap time would not have been a good mix with those 2. Bummer that so many left, sounds like they had plenty there at one time.

It's on them. They needed more scanners and some thought on how to get tghings moving along. They failed there and lost the sure thing.

Boxter--in your retirement, let me know if you want to make it down to any WBB. My parents ended up with 4 season tix again this year. Along with 4 volleyball. And 8 football. There are 2 of them (and 3 for football, my dad goes with 2 buddies and the women stay home).
