Woodchuck & Angry Orchard are both sweeter (for American taste buds). I prefer the crisp unsweetened apple taste. My former inlaws were orchardists, and one of my favorite treats when we visited was taking apples straight off the trees, putting them in their old wooden press and making fresh apple cider. The taste can't be beat...unless you ferment it a little & make Strongbow. :)

And yes, you're probably too young to remember New Coke. Read up on it...it was one of the biggest marketing blunders of the late 20th century.

Just threw some enchiladas in the oven for dinner. Tried something new tonight with the tortillas. Pan fried them until crispy in a little corn oil and then dunked them in the red sauce before layering. See what kind of different texture we get.

I did 'enchiladas' with shrimp and used queso for the sauce. Turned out pretty good.

What do you mean by substitute? Like, something so you don't have to cook/shred the chicken? I was actually going to do chicken ones with canned chicken until I remembered I had the shrimp in the freezer. If you really want the shredded texture, maybe grab a rotisserie chicken, then all you have to do is shred it.

If you mean like fake chicken, I got nothing for you, pants got you.

Felt like I was watching a stage play...audio even sounded like that.

No. No gore and not really horror. Think of it as Cube in the first half of the movie (trying to figure out how they got there and what is going on) and more of an exercise in morality in the second half (who lives, who dies). It's low budget, but you just can't stop watching for some reason.

we rarely get people knocking on the door so it was a novelty. Honestly though, I had just gone over to our neighbor's a bit earlier to let them know we'd be gone and to please call 911 if they saw lights or flames and DH and I both thought it may have been them with a question or something.
